About this house sitting position in Footscray

We live in a high rise, non-smoking apartment building in Melbournes inner-west. Close to the Maribyrnong river trail and cafes.

Key access is required for garage (if parking is required) and floors and will be provided. Gym and pool access also.

We live in a 2-bed 2-bth (guest bedroom will be ready for sitter) and a fully functional kitchen and a balcony.

About our dog:
Meet Diego, a 7-yr old Dachshund. He is very smoochy and requires lots of love and affection. Loves cuddles and can communicate when he needs something e.g. food, water, bed, blanket, bathroom.

He does require medicinal eyedrops every night and a 1/2 anxiety pill every morning.

He would prefer someone who will be around him most of the time due to his anxiety but can also manage for short durations on his own - therefore we prefer sitter to be able to work from home.

He enjoys his daily short walks and toilet breaks to the ground floor grass patch, and by the river. Otherwise, days and nights napping and on your lap is great for him too. He loves to a good piece of crunchy vegetables followed by a snuggle and sleep bed by night.

We are going on a 4-week trip to Europe and would love to find the right carer for our home and dog.
