Unpaid House sit
Spacious dual level air conditioned house in Forestville. You will stay in a guest bedroom , double bed with own small bathroom . All linen supplied or you can bring your own if you prefer. House is located in a quiet, safe bushland cul de sac with birdlife and native visitors to the small low-care garden ( bush turkeys, water dragons, wallabies, echidnas, possums etc ). Garden and pots need to be watered. It's a short drive (5 mins) to local shops and Dee Why beach ( 20 mins) with Warringah Mall or Chatswood Mall about 15 mins away. There are city buses from the top of the street and secure onsite parking for your car. Realistically you probably DO need a car. WiFi internet, Netflix available. There are stairs outside AND inside. I prefer that you arrive the night of Dec 18th so I can show you everything you need to know before I leave.
Requires care of one ( indoor )cat . Chloe is 8 years old and in her mind still a "rescued" moggie who is very, very shy until she trusts you. Needs feeding, quiet company and an understanding of cats. She has no health issues, can be a bit of a pig with food. She will try to convince you that a bottomless food source is the difference between her starving and and living - and constantly tries to escape so you need to be vigilant with closing doors!
Chloe is scared of men / multiple and noisy people so please read my preferences BELOW.
Solo female sitter ( no males) / fit, older age group 40+ / light Social drinker or Non drinker / Non smoker / Non party-animal / NO travelers / NO couples / NO kids / NO own pets please.
