About this house sitting position in Frankston 3199

Looking for a lady house sitter to look after my friendly "kids" Bella & Harley (Maltese X dogs), a couple of small parrots and my small garden in the seaside suburb of Frankston - the gateway to the popular Mornington Peninsula. There are plenty of places to visit, ie wineries, breweries, walking tracks, local beaches, cinema, lawn bowls, pubs and clubs with live shows every weekend (many are free) and quality meals. If you prefer the "quiet" life I do have Foxtel, wi-fi is available and the dogs will be more than happy to keep you company. My dogs Bella and Harley normally spend most of the day outside in my secure backyard however they both sleep inside. Private single storey townhouse living, comfortable with all the "mod cons" in a great central location (near the Frankston Hospital). Close to shops (bakery, chinese food, pizza, newsagent, fish & chips at end of the road), parks, freeway and only minutes drive from the beach and train station - walking distance to bus stops. Has its own driveway with off street parking available in garage. Duties would include feeding dogs and walking Harley daily (Bella is now past walking and just likes to laze around), keeping an eye on birds who will only need a top up of water and seed plus occasional watering of some garden pots (no grass mowing, etc the grass is artificial). Private decked courtyard if you get sunny days to enjoy outside. I haven't booked my trip so am flexible with dates between 16/11 to 30/11 (this is when my holidays have been approved) but I'm hoping to be away for 10-14 days. Sorry no children or other pets please. Would prefer someone who I can meet prior to the house sit but understand this may not be possible so will require good references and a recent police check. Unfortunately my previous regular house sitter has "retired" and is travelling overseas so hopefully will find a new one using this site.
