About this house sitting position in Gawler West

2 bed semi detached. I am looking for a single or couple to sit my two giant breed dogs and water garden as needed. Clifford is a 7yr old wolfhound x, very friendly but can be a bit of a stress head/seperation anxiety. Bronson is a almost 2yr old mastiff x dane, very stressy about new things but not too fussed about being left alone. Go figure. House unfortunately is a bit of a work in progress regarding painting, establishing gardens and lawns, but I am working on it. Opposite metro train line. There will be train noise, but short walk to the station if that is something you would be interested in. Oh, and three goldfish in a fishpond.
Gawler has plenty of shopping, Aldis, Woolworths and 2 Coles. As well as BigW and Target. The main st has quite a few coffee shops and some nice restaurants as well as the local pubs which do a nice meal.
Walking trails along the river are gorgeous, and extend from just down the street up along the back of the main st and further into Dead Mans Pass which has the old jumps from the horse cross country competition.
Easy to get anywhere by car, or if not there is the train, or even the local on demand bus service which needs a couple of hours notice to drop you anywhere around town. About an hour gets you to the city, and it would be about the same driving the other way to get to the Barossa. Read more...
