About this house sitting position in Gaythorne

Beautiful and spacious 3 bedroom private townhouse in group of only 4. Backs onto the army base buildings, so very quiet, private and secure. Peaceful backyard, perfect for relaxing. Only 100 metres to train station and bus, 6 klms to the CBD and the valley. Super close to shops restaurants and coffee shops.

One cutie cat Sphinx who just does what she wants. She has her own access so all you have to do is relax and feed her in the morning and at night. Sphinx is a ratbag who loves cuddles.

Here are the terms of the arrangement, so, please don't apply if you don't fit the criteria. Looking for someone mature and who works from home.

* Mature working from home person
* Someone who can comitt to watering my yard and plants daily - not weekly, not every second day etc
* Someone who genuinely loves cats and will help Sphinx during storms.. she cowers and get scared.
* Someone who will leave my house spotless, including cleaning the bathroom and toilet, and vaccum and mop.

Unfortunately my last two house sitters just used my house as a hotel and it was disgusting when I got home. I leave it in a beautiful condition, I expect the same when I return.

I need a sitter from March 21st until approximately April 1st - although I'm flexible with dates.

I go away frequently so would be great to have someone who is available all year round.
