About this house sitting position in Geographe

We have a 4x2 home in Geographe about 7 minutes walk to the beach.
We have a small front and back garden and some pots that will need minimum care due to it being Winter.
The main requirement is for Carla our 7 year old American Staffy.
Carla loves people and is an inside dog as she loves being with you.
She loves her daily walk except when raining as she doesn't like getting wet, she will pester you with long stares until she gets to go.
She is petrified of thunder and will follow you around like a shadow panting until it goes away, luckily we do not get too many of those.
