I have a lovely 4brm home on a hill that has a fabulous view of the Brindabella Ranges. There is a lovely garden and paved areas as well as an alfresco area which looks over the top of all the houses at that awesome view. It has evaporative cooling and gas under floor heating to keep it comfortable all year round, a great kitchen that should satisfy the best cooks, Wi-Fi internet connection with access to Foxtel and Netflix. I own two great Miniature Schnauzers, Henry and Teddy, who will love your company. They'll be your great friends within 5 minutes and only need minimal caring. Just 15 minutes walking or physical activity (throw a ball or do some training if you know how) per day and 2 meals a day is all they'll need from you.
It's a nice suburb with good neighbours, great shops close by for groceries, butcher, café and takeaways. Tuggeranong Hyperdome is only 10mins drive away for more serious shopping and the civic centre is 20mins drive away for work or tourist attractions such as Lake Burley Griffin, the National Museum, the National Gallery of Art and both Parliament Houses just for starters.
