I live in a nice 1br townhouse in a quiet suburb, and am really close to public transport.
Mougal, is my female cat who loves cuddles and food. I rescued her ten years ago and i think she's approx 16-18yrs old. She comes when she's called loves to sleep near the heater. Or with you if it's cold.
My place has everything you need to be safe and comfortable.
