About this house sitting position in Glen Iris

Would you like to house sit a low maintenance, comfortable home with a very affectionate, young, indoor Ragdoll cat?.
I prefer a responsible, neat female (28 yrs+) or a mature couple. Must be non smoker who doesn't mind a chatty humanised little furry friend on her lap.
I recently installed hydronic heating so it'll be warm and toasty in winter.
Watering my small garden once a week and generally keeping the property clean and tidy.
Unlimited Wi Fi is available and I'm near Camberwell junction, 15 min. from the CBD.
