About this house sitting position in Central Coast

Hi there, Adam and I are off to the Gold Coast for Christmas and New Year. Our kids live there and last year we didn’t get to spend it with them, so this year we are keeping our fingers crossed that Qld let us in to be with our family. We’re thinking positive!!
We need to know our fur babies are well looked after and happy. Pippa is a 10yr old Pomeranian part Teacup and very cute. She is my shadow and best mate. Olly is our 5 year old rescue cat - hes white and fluffy and friendly and talkative and handsome. He loves showing off on his huge scratchy post!
I have a small online business selling home and garden wares and work part time in admin. Adam is a tradie. We are both Pommies and been in Aus over 10 yrs. We are in our forties.
Our house is a 3 bed, one bathroom, single level brick and tile home with a large undercover area and lots of plant pots. No stairs at all only a step up into the front door and a step down to the garden.
We are a ten min drive to the beach and just a couple of mins to the lake. The lake is a ten minute walk and beautiful. All mod cons, fans and air con. Unlimited NBN internet. Smart TV. With Netflix, Stan and Britbox. Gas cooking, sorry no dishwasher. Microwave. Double door fridge freezer. LG front loader washing machine and washing line. One bathroom with walk in shower, bath, basin and separate toilet. Lamps and indoor plants so nice and cosy but also bright and airy. Garage is not suitable to use for your car as it’s full of Adam’s stuff. But your car will be on the driveway. There’s also a bus stop right outside our door that goes to the beach or to Westfield, Tuggerah shopping centre. The Spare room and main room have queen beds. Bedding and towels supplied if needed. Desktop computer in office along with a wifi printer.
I like to think I have good decorating taste, so it’s a nice and comfortable little house. Not much maintenance required at all. And no mowing as our mower man takes care of that. Just pots and plants to water.
Olly like cuddles and FOOD ! Hes shy with strangers but will come round once you feed him. He goes out but comes in at night time. Pip is my little darling. She needs short walks a couple of times a day. I usually drive to the lake with her but he walks are getting shorter and slower. She has a doggie buggy if you prefer to use that. Shes not great with other dogs, especially big ones. She needs to be kept on a leash. She sleeps on my bed. She allows Olly on the bed when I’m not around, apparently.
I’ve used this site several times and love it. Have met some life long friends but unfortunately they are not available this time. Please read any reviews I might have.
