About this house sitting position in Glenwood

Hey, I need a house/pet sitter for April 2017. I have a 3 bed house / 2 bathrooms. Single level. Quiet street. I have a dog and a cat. The dog, mixed race, medium size, will be 10 month by the time you meet her, and the cat is just over 9 years old (both de-sexed). Ellie - the dog - will need 2 walks a day - full of energy (maybe some Kelpie in her), but she is very easy to walk. Walking distance to local small shopping centre, (Woolworth, chemist, baker, newsagency etc). A bigger centre is about 5 km away, so car is needed). Parramatta is about 20 min in car, and so is Castle Hill. M7 and M2 about 3-4min drive from my house. Looking for semi retired/retired couple, so there will be someone at home with Ellie for part of the day. Or if you have a job where you can work from home part of the week.
My house is easy to keep, and being the time of the year, lawnmoving once maybe twice. Look after the place as you would your own. Gas cooking. Pls take note this is over the Easter period. I am leaving 1 April, hence I would like you to spend the first night at my house while I am still around (am staying at my son's house that night).
