Small 2 bedroom/1 bath house on 4 acres.
Plenty of room to park a caravan if needed.
Country life, wake up to Kangaroos, wallabies, kookaburra's and magpies.
Care needed daily for two inside cats (15 & 23 years old), 2 guinea pigs and 3 chickens.
Everyone needs food and water daily, guinea pig cages cleaned daily, kitty litter cleaned at least once a day.
Collect mail and eggs, water fruit trees once a week and vegetable garden daily.
Own animals are welcome. House yard is fully fenced (we are taking our dogs with us).
