About this house sitting position in Gnangara

Modern, mid-sized, single level house in semi-rural enclave of Perth's northern suburbs. All amenities (train, bus, freeway shopping centers, cafes & restaurants, beach, golf, gym) within max. 15min driving radius.15min driving to Mullaloo beach, 30 min to CBD.

No large animals on property. Loving Burmese cat, 3 large open-air Aviaries & reef aquarium require daily check/feeding.

Pool and large garden - both minimal attention required at this time of the year. Some handwatering of pot plants.

Broadband ADSL2, WiFi, Netflix, BBQ, monitored security. Beautiful tranquil outdoor settings. Plenty of room to park caravan/trailer.

Experienced non-working couple preferred.

“Twice met Dirk & Claudine, before we all agreed that I would house sit for them in May. Lovely house on a large block with a cat, tropical marine fish, 3 aviaries and a worm farm, to manage. Dirk explained and showed me the daily routine and left detailed instructions, regarding the responsibilities of the sitter. Once settled into the daily routine, it was really satisfying to appreciate the beautiful fish and numerous, colourful birds & parrots.
No hesitation to return, if required.
