About this house sitting position in Golden Bay

Hi, we are looking for a house sitter for a 3 night stay from Thursday July 12 2018- Sunday 15 July 2018.
We have a lovely 2 story beach front property, a friendly cat named Soda and a gorgeous pooch named Sundae. We are unsure at this stage if Sundae will join us on our mini break but can confirm closer to the time. Soda loves a cuddle in the evenings and is strictly an indoor cat. If Sundae does infact stay at home, a half an hour to an hours walk each day weather depending would be greatly appreciated.
Sundae predominately lives outside but she does come up in the evenings after meal time and has a mat she stays on inside. We pop her out to bed when we go to bed ourselves. She's very affectionate and loves people and attention. If it's bad weather outside, she is more than welcome in, may just need to pop out to the toilet from time to time. (Isn't allowed on any of the carpeted areas)
Our local beach is 500 mtrs walk away and expect some good views from the balcony.
We have x5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with a study and balcony. Our property is fully enclosed with fencing, gates, security alarm and double port garage aswell as side access for caravans etc down the side of the house.
We run a clean and tidy household so we would expect to find our home on arrival clean and tidy as we left it.
If you have a well behaved dog who you liked to bring along, we would be happy to consider it.
