About this house sitting position in Goomeri

Our names are Jeanette and Brad. We joined this group in the hope of finding the perfect house and pet sitter for our two Boys - Vince and Archie. We don't travel much, and on the occasions we do we reluctantly place the boys into a kennel. While this is generally fine, it does create some anxiety prior to going anywhere.
Our house is actually a beautiful old Church converted into a 3 bedroom home on an acre in town. We have large areas to just relax and take in a good book - or sit by the fire place in Winter or spa in Summer and cosy up with a nice drink. It's very quiet but the local shops are nice and the nearby wineries are a must (about 20 min away). There's a large recreational dam that's full of fish and there are often weekend markets in the surrounding towns. We are well connected to the internet, have free to air TV, Stan and Netflix.
We love our home and hopefully you will too while staying here in our absence.

We expect the sitters to treat our home like they would like theirs to be treated. We do have a very large yard but the boys do love a walk as well. They love treats in the afternoon - not everyday - and we will have plenty of them in the fridge. Archie needs medication for his spondylitis with is meals - am and pm. Vince requires care to his ears and this is subject to change but generally they need to be dry. Both boys have breakfast and dinner - so you may have to cook up their vegies (we normally do a weeks worth in one go). Their diet is varied - so you may have to use a bit of imagination to keep them happy. Oh - both dogs will probably insist on sleeping with you - so you have to be prepared to share the bed.
We do also have a large garden that may need watering as required but the lawns should not need any attention in our absence. Other than that - its just normal stuff like put out the bins and of course there are the less glamorous jobs like doing poo scoops each day. You will still have a heap of time to kill and relax.
