My home is situated in a quiet caldesac and only 15 minutes drive to Lismore. The driveway next door leads down onto a private farm with some cattle.
It is a nice part of the wold to visit for a holiday
My home is surrounded by reserved bushland on the side of the farm and out the back and we at times have occasional koala visits near us and to our neighbours across the road and the wallabie on the reserve.
Though we are so close to town we have a rural aspect.
It is a 30 minute drive to Ballina, 45 minutes to Lennox Head and Byron Bay. Down the highway is Evan Head and north is Cabaritta both about an hour to an hour & a half away.
It is brick a home with easy access to the front door with a back deck overlooking the reserve and mountains in the background and stairs down to the backyard.
I have 3 bedrooms, small office, open plan living kitchen, dinning, lounge room; 1 bathroom and laundry. and drive way down to the garage at the back. The back yard is fully enclosed with an electric gate.

I have an animal rescue dog Millie who is now 8yrs old, she is obedient and loves people, to play and walks.
Millie is usually very sociable with other dogs; at times she has shown aggression towards the occasional other dog, its is usually in reply to their behavior towards her as she is protective of me.
As she had to have major surgery on her stiffles (knees) a few years ago I am cautious of some other dogs due to this surgery and avoidance of injury.
Her best friend Lucy the Labradore from the farm sadly are no longer able to have puppy play school on my front lawn like they use to due to Millies surgery as they always played rough
My preference would be a retired couple who have previously been house / pet sitters.
