About this house sitting position in Goonellabah - Norther Rivers

My home is situated in a quiet cal-de-sac and only 15 minutes drive to Lismore. The driveway next door leads down onto a private farm with cattle.
Though we are close to town we have a rural aspect, with reserve bush land on the side of the farm and out the back. The occasional koala likes to visit us and our neighbours across the road, wallabies on the reserve and farm and plenty of bird life.
Goonellabah is a 30 minute drive to Ballina, 45 minutes to Lennox Head and Byron Bay. Down the highway is Evan Head and north is Cabaritta Beach both about an hour to an hour & a half away.
My home is brick with easy access to the front door, a back verandah with stairs down to the backyard and garage.
There are 3 bedrooms, office and open plan living kitchen dinning, lounge room; 1 bathroom and laundry.
The back yard is fully enclosed with an electric gate.

My pet is an animal rescue kelpie X staffie dog named Millie who is now 9yrs old. She is obedient, loves people, to play, go for walks and runs on the beach; she doesn't like getting much more than her feet wet!!
She is sociable with other dogs; but at times she has shown slight aggression towards another dog, usually in reply to their behavior towards her and she is protective of me.
Millie required major surgery on her stiffles (knees) 3 years ago that was a great success; she has been able to run around like a 5 year old ever since.

My preference is a retired couple who have previously been house / pet sitters. Also someone who is happy to take Millie in their car to the beach. I have a back seat car cover and travel safety harness for her.

My garden:-The lawns are mowed by gardener Dave and he helps me with any heavy garden maintenance.
This is a nice part of the world to visit for a holiday
