Beautiful 5-bedroom home which backs onto a nature reserve on the escarpment in the Perth Hills. Very quiet road and neighbourhood, native gardens, large rear lawn and swimming pool and surrounds. Bush walks galore right from the garden into the reserve and national park. Plenty of relaxing spaces, including a jarrah deck overlooking the garden, reserve and escarpment. A sunroom provides the perfect spot for reading and endless walking, running and MTB trails right on your doorstep! Popular Kalamunda is only 2kms up the road with lots of options for pubs, cafes, shopping, services and more Perth Hills adventures!
Dog is active and requires daily activity - walk or play in the backyard. Cats take care of themselves. Chickens and rabbits need food and water topping up daily. Lawn will need mowing during the stay. Pot plants need watering, too.
Prefer someone who can be at home most days, such as work from home or retired. Suits a mature couple who own or have owned their own home.
