About this house sitting position in Gosnells

We have a small 2 bedroom, 1 study, 1 bathroom duplex house with a large backyard and enclosed patio. Have a large, very friendly black male great dane dog (called Dirk) that sleeps in the enclosed patio. Dirk needs to be fed 1 x /day in evening and needs to be walked on most days down to river reserve where he can then run free off lead for 20-30 minutes. Walk to reserve from house is only 300metres away. He is very people and other dog friendly and is not aggressive to either. Only downside is that he produces rather large droppings in the grassed area at rear of house that need to be hosed in to the ground every morning. House is airconditioned and garden irrigated. Mail needs to be brought in and rubbish bins put out for collection on monday mornings.
