About this house sitting position in Greenwood

Nice, clean, 3 bedroom, 1 bath home with single carport in quiet cul-de-sac, near Greenwood College. Walking distance to shops. Wifi, TV, dishwasher etc
I need someone to look after my little affectionate, female cat while I am away travelling. I also require watering to be done as I have quite a few pot plants. Lawns to be watered only if very hot for days, but usually I don't travel in hot Perth summertime. So lawns and larger shrubs don't always need to be watered.
I'm not far from Sorrento and Hillarys beaches.
I want a mature, single, lady as my cat is better with females. As I travel a couple of times a year it would be great to have the same person each time, and I would give reasonable notice. I would also like someone who does not charge.
