A beautifully spacious, modern 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom unit with a large private patio. The unit is on the ground floor, easily accessible from the street. Off street parking is available for 2 cars. The unit is well insulated, warm in winter, cool in summer. A quiet block of units close to local shops, restaurants and public transport. I require a house sitter to look after my cat Alvin. He is a 5 year old, desexed ginger Tom. Anxious in nature but friendly once he gets to know you.
