About this house sitting position in Gumdale

We live on acreage in a renovated house set in a tropical fully landscaped garden in the Brisbane Eastern Bay side area. The house has a large covered back veranda and overlooks the back paddock.

The house is comfortable and secure it has a modern kitchen and Internet access via Wifi. In short it has a country feel with the benefits of a big city.

We are within minutes of large shopping centers and Moreton Bay, Manly boat harbor, restaurants, weekend markets and bay side walks. The Brisbane CBD is 13 km away.

The main house area is enclosed by fences. We live near a fairly busy road. Shopping and transportation are close but public transport consists of an hourly bus so your own car would be good. Uber cabs are available.

The house sitter would need to water the whole garden at least once a week and water the plants in the conservatory at least twice a week.

You would have to feed the 2 cats. One cat is a pedigreed Abyssinian cat and needs to kept indoors at all times, it has a cage attached to the house for access to its toilet. The other cat is an outdoors cat during the day but needs to be brought in at dark, fed and then put out in her cage in the shed before bedtime. There are also one gold fish and 1 guinea fowl that need to be fed each day.

We would expect the house to be kept clean and tidy and left in the way it was found.
