Small 42 acre rural property situated on the Mary river just 20 mins north of Gympie. We have two friendly dogs who require someone to love and care for them, and 10 cattle (the cattle look after themselves) Country house with all modern conviences(TV,good mobile reception,dishwasher and an inground swimming pool.
We have a self contained flat if accommodation is required
the garden is on an automatic timer sprinkler system.,as we grow orchids we need to have watering monitered .We require a caring couple who are clean and responsable who will look after our dogs, and our home and garden as we do. We have a large orchard with plenty of fruit trees
You need to be handy and able to fix things eg irrigation hose if it breaks may not happen but it could
We have an abundance of beautiful birds on our property ,and platapus in the river
We are 20 minutes from Gympie with a local shop ,post office and pub 5 minutes down the road.we now have a road house/service station close by.
There is a ride on mower to use.
