About this house sitting position in GYMEA BAY
We have a two storey brick home, 4 bedrooms lock up garage. Ducted air and vacuuming. Small home gym. Heated pool with cabana. Established gardens which require watering when dry, but no upkeep. We have one sausage/staffy cross 4 year old called Spike. Spike is a softie and extremely spoiled. Spends most of his time in the house but, is totally house trained. Sleeps inside in the downstairs TV room.
Our home is a 20 minute walk to Westfield Miranda and Miranda Railway Station. We are only 3 stops to Cronulla Beach and 45 minutes to Sydney Central. We are a 15 minute drive to the Royal National Park and 1 hour to Wollongong. From there it is an easy drive to the Southern Highlands.
There is also a bus stop on our corner only 200m away.
Our house backs onto a Reserve and we enjoy birdsong and wildlife abounds. You can walk through the Reserve at your leisure.
Our area is in the Sutherland Shire which is a safe and family orientated area of Sydney.
