This property is on 140 acres and is a lifestyle property, about 50 mins to Toowoomba and Dalby and about 2 hours to Brisbane. Highfields is about 25mins drive from the farm has Aldi, Woolworths and Coles, the closest local community with facilities inc Doctor & Spar & Chemist is Goombungee - about 10 mins from the farm. Also Crows Nest is about 20 mins east of the farm. There is plenty of room to park a large van or motor home with access to water and power and Undercover. If you are looking for a long term sit or 6 months please contact Monique in the first instance. Police checks and references are required. Non smoker only and must be aware of conservation of water and waste. In order to be accepted for this long term farm stay, you must really love the country and the cooler climate throughout Winter, it is a must that you love Cattle and are not afraid of them, they are very friendly and cute. This time of year is still fresh in the mornings and nights. This sort of sit would be ideal for someone who enjoys the country lifestyle and gardening and being outdoors.
The main things that need to be taken care of is simply watering plants, checking on cattle every day or two and feeding them some bread if they come up to the house.
