Our home is a fully renovated older home in a quiet street in Hadfield, near Coburg Vic. We don't have pets. Close by to supermarket and public transport. Living areas and bedrooms have A/c. Timber floors throughout
The opportunity arises to sit our place while we are away. We would look favourably on non - smokers, someone who will enjoy the crop of our vege patch, keep the lawn & weeds under control, watering looks after itself pretty much.
An additional opportunity here is to manage our Airbnb bookings while you are here. (Separate section of our house). That would come as an arrangement we can arrive at. This is not a locked in option.
