Experience the amazing sunsets over the Indian Ocean every day from the lounge or master bedroom. Located within 100 metres of the award winning local Golf Club where the local kangaroos watch you play on the greens.

Beach just 7 min. walk away.

We have one English Pointer dog (2.5yrs old) and two Sphynx (hairless) cats (4yrs old).

Our dog only comes into the house for a couple of hours in the evening and otherwise lives in his area outside. He is very friendly and a beautiful soul but a little bit bouncy when excited. If he could be walked at least once every couple of days, he will be happy.

Our two hairless cats are house cats only. One is very social and a real character whereas the other one is more private but still quite loving. The cats have an easy environment friendly wood cat litter system that requires emptying once a week and hosing out. It just needs to be shaken once a day and any poop removed.

All three furbabies need feeding twice a day on a (warmed) raw meat diet and they also get a few biscuits as their evening treat.

Our two storey home is perched on a hillside overlooking the Indian Ocean. From a quiet street, you arrive at road level straight into the upstairs, which is all brand new and complete. This level consists of a large lounge & kitchen overlooking the ocean, separate fully fitted scullery, master bedroom with views & luxury ensuite and freestanding bath, guest room, cloakroom, office, garage etc. We currently live upstairs and just go downstairs to let the dog in or to use the laundry.

Downstairs (basement level) is awaiting choice of flooring finishes & other minor finishing touches but will not affect your standard of living as the only room you will need to use downstairs is the laundry for the washing machine & dryer (if you need them).

Access to Netflix & basic Foxtel on TV. NBN internet etc.

We have a resort style swimming pool area on the next level down with bbq etc (accessed by stairs).

We also have a fully self contained granny flat if you would prefer to use that (stairs involved). You can even stay a few extra days in the granny flat by arrangement, if that helps you before you move on to your next house sit.

My usual house sitter is on safari in Africa on the same dates so this is the first time I have had to advertise. I really would like someone genuine, trustworthy and reliable that comes with references and preferably a police clearance to put my mind at rest. I respectfully ask for applications from house sitters that are fully committed as my biggest fear is someone pulling out at the last moment.

We will need the post bought in and the bins taken out for collection please. No gardening involved.

Short walk to bus stop. Mandurah train station is about five min drive and will take you Perth in around 45 mins at a very reasonable rate. Explore the magnificent Margaret River region from here (just 2 hrs drive) or Bunbury just 1 hr drive.
