About this house sitting position in Hamilton

Hi, We own the world's most pampered little 9 year old staffy, Molly. She needs a morning and afternoon walk every day (minimum 3-4kms each) and is very strong on the lead despite lots of training!! We live really close to the new bike way along the Brisbane River and the surrounding area is very flat so walking is a pleasure. She hates the sound of skateboards and electric scooters so if you see one, you’ll need maximum strength!

She's the biggest sook and is extremely loving. Molly is very much an inside dog and must be where you are within the property. She sleeps inside on her dog bed beside our bed.

Our cosy Queenslander cottage is in a fabulous location. The main living area and bedrooms have R/C air conditioning. The house is raised (10 front steps and 20 rear steps) with everything on the one level. Parking is available underneath. There are 3 bedrooms, lounge, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, dining and deck. We have unlimited wireless NBN, Fetch TV and Netflix.

We are an short walk to some of the best spots in Brisbane. Located just off Racecourse Rd (80m), there is easy access to train, bus, city cat, restaurants, coffee shops, Portside cinema, Eat St Markets, Coles and IGA. You don't need a car to live here!

Molly needs somebody at home during the night especially. I would prefer a retired person/couple who would be home frequently.

We have adult sons who live nearby who can be contacted in an emergency.
