Comfortable three bedroom air-conditioned home on flat block, with garden to maintain, swimming pool (with fortnightly services) and in a convenient location. We have a lively cattle-kelpie cross dog that loves her daily walk, a cat and two fish tanks, all of which will need looking after. Lawns will need to be mowed and we'd appreciate a general caring presence.
