About this house sitting position in Hamlyn Heights, Geelong

We are looking for a reliable house sitter to look after our house, garden and pets from December 17th, 2020 to December 30th, 2020 (14 days).

Our home is located in Hamlyn Heights, on the western side of Geelong. We are located on a relatively quiet street.

Access to the Geelong ring road is relatively easy, putting you within 30 minutes travel of the Surf Coast towns of Torquay and Anglesea. Melbourne is about an hours drive away (depending on traffic and time of day). The Bellarine Peninsula towns of Queenscliff, Portarlington and Barwon Heads are all within 45 minutes travel.

Our home is located on about 800 sq metres and has a central kitchen, 4 bedrooms (one set up as a guest room), a study, 2 living areas and two bathrooms. There is ducted cooling and heating. We have an extensive undercover outdoor deck. Off street parking is available. We have unlimited cable internet.

We have an energetic and very social 4 year old dog (Koolie X Border Collie) that needs regular walks along the beach or Barwon River.

Care and maintenance duties include:
- Daily garden watering;
- Walking the dog (3-4 times per week). Feeding, watering and "cleaning up" after the dog;
- Looking after a budgie.
