About this house sitting position in HAPPY VALLEY

We need a real "Cat Lover," who will care for our 2x spoilt & much loved senior cats.
*Both are in good health.
* Senior of the ( Iza white cat) is slower these days as she is 17yrs old.
*We take them both to the vets for a checkup before we go.
*The vets are 10 mins drive away, and they know we have house sitters to care for our cats if required to be taken there. ( No out of pocket for you as we pay when we get back, if there has been a need to visit)

*Sorry No Other Pets in stay allowed.

*Included in their daily care would be to feed them both.
*The senior Lilac Birman needs a bit more attention with her feeding as she is a lot slower & doesn't eat as much these days.
*But likes the reassurance that the other cat, her adopted brother, will not steal her food after eating all his own.
*Brush Iza the long-haired white cat briefly in the am.
*Give Lots of attention & talking to.
*Duties include: Clean & Change kitty litter Daily / Weekly *Water kept topped up and cleaned out every other day etc for our 2x cats.
* Take to local vet if required.
*The Main aim is to keep them happy while we are away.
*Mail taken out of Letterbox
*Bins put out for pickup weekly.
* The house is kept clean and tidy.

*You will stay in a nicely renovated home of a NON SMOKER.
SOUTH of Adelaide in Happy Valley.5159.
* Queen-size bed, electric blanket if required.
*Built-in wardrobe, plus chest of drawers.
* Water indoor Plants.
*It has a very peaceful small garden, and the home is light and airy.
*It has ducted Heating /Cooling.
* Gas Stove, etc.
* Out door pergola area, with large tv.
* Large TV indoors.
