About this house sitting position in Happy Valley
We have one bedroom with a nice outdoor area and grassed side yard and deck available for July 24th - Aug 13th. Central heating and cooling. Wifi. We live opposite a reserve with a playground that has a beautiful creek running out front in winter and a year round duckpond just 50m up the road. We also live about 200m from a golf course, less than 1km to the local shops, and about 400m to the closest bus stop. There would be room to park a carvan on the street without issue.
We have a beautiful 9 year old cocker spaniel called Archie who is our fur baby! He is a bit of a Velcro dog so mind your step! He is very cuddly and affectionate. Loves humans. Goes for daily walks and sleeps close to his people every night.
