About this house sitting position in Happy Valley
We have a small, 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home with a nice outdoor area and grassed side yard. Central heating and cooling. Wifi. We live opposite a reserve with a playground that has a beautiful creek running out front in winter and a year round duckpond just 50m up the road. We also live about 200m from a golf course, less than 1km to the local shops, and about 400m to the closest bus stop.
We have a beautiful 9 year old cocker spaniel called Archie who is our fur baby! He is very cuddly and affectionate. Loves humans. Goes for daily walks and sleeps close to his people every night.
