About this house sitting position in Hawthorndene

Our lovely house is surrounded by gum trees. The bird feeder out the front is frequently visited by various types of Rosella's, galahs and lorikeets. The nearby railway station connects to the CBD in 30min.
The house has a fully equipped kitchen and laundry, reverse cycle air-conditioning, a fire place. There is a main bedroom with a king bed, a kids bedroom with a bunk and a single bed, and a library with a futon.
There is a big secure garden with fruit trees which is also home to 4 chickens and one gentlerooster. The chickens have an automated door; you only need to collect the eggs and enjoy them for breakfast.
Our dog Fausta is a medium sized mongrel, who enjoys walks in the nearby forest in the morning and evening. She sleeps outside but hangs out with the family inside when we are home. She is getting a bit old now and enjoys relaxing with the family more and more.
We are a family friendly house, however Fausta prefers teenager. 😊
