4 year old 3 bedroom brick house with remote controlled gates and garage as kangaroos graze neaby. Easy to clean and maintain. Electric appliances. Medium size back yard with lawn and front yard with plants and grass. Lawn to be mowed. Quiet pleasant country area but close to township and golf course. A haven from stress. Lots of areas to walk or ride pushbike on rail trail. Having overseas trip as im 59 divorced , Mother, Nana, single and 59 yo and indulging myself with an overseas trip. Earned my long service leave from my employment of 30 years.Anxious dog that needs to stay at home who loves company. She is 11 yo german shepherd has grown up with kids and grandkids.
