Two bedroom, single story home with good sized yard with uncover BBQ area. 1950's brick home, open plan living/kitchen/dining. Bathroom with large shower... sorry no bath! no fuss home - low maintenance garden, just some succulents to water indoors. 3 cats who can go outside when someone is home. Wifi, Netflix, Stan available. Gas cooking, super efficient oven - can roast a chicken in an hour tops! ;-) Washer, dryer.. washing line if you can be bothered using it. Air con in Living room. Portable Air con if needed in bedroom. Back yard is lovely and shady and private if you like to have a lie out or sit on the outdoor couch under the pergola and read a book whilst the cats lounge in the sun.
