Pool maintenance: Basic pool upkeep required (knowledge & experience required)
Water pumps: Monitor and manage pumps to disperse water runoff.
Gardening: Mow the lawn, tidy the garden.
Plant care: Water indoor and outdoor plants as needed to keep them healthy.
General home care: Keep the house secure and tidy while enjoying its amenities.
