About this house sitting position in Hilbert

I’m looking for someone to live in my home for up to 6 weeks while I’m overseas.

The date range is 16 Feb to 30 March 2025

It’s Newly constructed home in postcode 6112. Which is situated in between Armadale (Haynes) and Cockburn central.

My two adult children in their mid 20’s and my teenage son will be home during this time, all working and or at school daily.

The accommodation is free in exchange for -

1. feeding my cat morning and night
2. putting bins out once a week,
3. putting empty water bottles outside fortnightly for regular water delivery,
4. putting groceries away once a week when delivered and
5. being present in the home from around 6pm-8am Monday to Friday so my 16 yr old isn’t home alone.

His adult brother and sister will be primarily responsible for him; but I do need someone willing to cook him dinner when his older siblings are working late and not home.

We are a non smoking home environment and we don’t wear shoes inside.
