Three bedroom spacious cosy home with all amenities situated on an acre of bush garden in a village at northern tip of Southern Highlands. Bushland abounds, peaceful and quiet with no passing traffic, BirdLife prolific. Artist studio in grounds.
A ten minute drive to the Hume Highway and one and half hour at most to Sydney.
Minutes to Mittagong and Bowral, for trains, banks, shopping, medical attention , restaurants, cinema, art galleries, great book stores, good coffee. The whole of Southern Highlands a delight to the eye and all senses.

I will be away visiting family up north and would like my home to be looked after and loved while I am away. Most importantly I need my dog Millie looked after while I am away. She is a rescue cattle dog cross staffy, four years old and a very loveable and intelligent creature. I don’t like leaving her alone beyond some limited hours . She needs walking daily, feeding twice a day and given positive attention. She sleeps on her own bed inside at night and is an inside/ outside dog. The garden needs little attention but watering will be needed when weather is dry.😊 I anticipate that my home minder will do regular house maintenance and cleaning as I do normally.
NBN on site,reverse cycle air con in kitchen/ dining area which filters through to other areas. A cosy wood fire obviously not needed at this time of the year.
