About this house sitting position in Hillwood
Hi, looking for a mature couple with own motorhome or caravan to spend some time based at our home at Hillwood, 20mins from Launceston in the Tamar Valley. 1km from public bus stop to Launceston.
Our home is currently on the market & empty, with no pets or animals to care for. Mower man in place fortnightly.
We are after someone, who in exchange for free power & water & limited use of house, to be a security presence and do some light gardening, raking, minor watering, tidying, & opening the house for booked inspections. Could be used as a base for exploration of the NE Tas.
