Our Federation home is centrally located, walking distance to the town. Central heating, modern bathroom, kitchen, etc. Large, low care garden, including vegies which you will be able to use. We have two pets, a German Shorthaired Pointer who is fairly active and needs regular walking and a 16 y. o cat who has some extra requirements due to her age.
