Renovated period cottage with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, family room, lounge room and outside patio. Ideally positioned on the Murray River, surrounded by tourist villages, wineries and lakes. Quiet friendly neighbours, shops within walking distance, social golf club, funky coffee shop, supermarket, post office, newsagent and a medical clinic are available for your convenience. Major city within 15 minutes drive. I would like either a solo sitter or couple to care for my home, mow the lawns every fortnight (less than one hours work), water my plants each day, put out the bins each week, bring in the mail, and look after my "precious things" placed around my home.
