Rural Residential secluded farm only 15 minutes from town.. Has beautiful swimming holes on farm.
Suit couple with caravan that want to park up for a while without paying for site rent.
Must be physically fit .......large lawn to mow, swimming hole to whipper snip. Some herbiciding required as well.
Access to shower toilet laundry on site, water and electricity (3PH) provided. Main house is empty.
