I live on 7 acres in the country with 2 miniature ponies , 6 alpacas, 6 chickens, a scottish deerhound and a chesapeake bay retriever along with an abundance of wildlife including kangaroos, echidnas, ring tailed possums, kookaburras and magpies to name just a few. My farm house is a canadian ranch style (including long verandahs) made up of 3 inch thick tongue and grooved timber making up both exterior and interior walls with cathedral ceilings. It is a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom home which I keep exceptionally clean. I have cream plush carpet that are steam cleaned six monthly and timber floors in the wet areas. It is a serene property. A nature lovers paradise. Im looking for someone who is retired (solo or couple) that can be here most of the time (ie not gone for full work days). Ponies need feeding morning and night and dogs nightly. Chickens and alpacas general care. I have central heating for winter (a 280 kg gas bottle filled by a tanker) and evaporative cooling for summer. There is no public transport so having a vehicle is essential
