About this house sitting position in Ipswich

We have a 3 bedroom house with a deck off the kitchen. Air con in lounge room, one bedroom & ceiling fans throughout. Also there is unlimited wifi, netflix etc. There is a huge park straight across the rd with a golf course adjacent to that. We are literally on the edge of town but only 5 mins from the centre by car. We are near the Amberley air force base but the base is very quiet over the Chrissy break. It's very easy to think you are in the country its that quiet.
We have a small menagerie of pets. One very friendly Staffy X dog.
Four cats. & four chooks. All of them are quite low maintenance. Especially the cats & chooks. They really only require some food & water each day, & chief our dog loves to get out for a walk whenever possible. Unfortunately our dog isnt good with other dogs. So would be best if you were looking that you dont have your own dog. He is fantastic with people & loves everyone he meets. We are going to be away for 3 weeks from 18/12/17
