Lovely 2 bedroom house just a short walk to the beach cliff top and local hotel, cafes and milk bar. The larger township of Torquay is only a few Kms away. There are beautiful beaches in both Jan Juc and Torquay. The house is very comfortable. The kitchen is small but functional, everything in good working order. There is new heating and fans. I've recently bought the house and now my cat needs to stay inside, he was previously an outdoor cat. He is a long haired cat, loves being brushed, cuddles &sitting on knees . Would prefer a single person
