About this house sitting position in Jane Brook

We own a large 4x2 home in Jane Brook, fully air conditioned and well maintained. We are located in a quiet area, opposite a large park with a playground and in amongst walking tracks. It is important to note that 1 of the bedrooms will be inaccessible, it is used for storage.

The house sitter will have access to all other rooms in the house, including the fully furnished master bedroom and ensuite, the open plan kitchen, living and study areas, the second bathrooms and the exercise room (complete with a rower, yoga mat and exercise bike). Jane Brook has buses running from a stop outside the estate to Midland station (10 mins away) and back every hour. Our property is a 3 minute drive to Roe Highway, a 5 minute drive to the local Swan View shops, and a 10 minute drive from the Midland City Centre.

Pet wise, we have a very young and playful 16 month old husky, Mya. She is spayed, but requires walking daily as she has a lot of energy. She is very much a people dog, so we will be needing somebody who isn't out of the house for more than a standard 8 hour working day. She sleeps inside and is very good with other dogs as well.

We also have a weiro, who is low maintenance. As long as her food and water are changed every couple of days, she is content to sit quietly most of the time. She is hand reared and quite friendly.

Duty wise, we are looking for a house sitter to keep the house in a clean condition. Watering the back garden, feeding the pets and walking the dog are all requirements we need. We also don't feel comfortable having unknown people in the home while we are away.
