4x2 4 year old modern house. Air con and wood fire. 540 Sq metre block opposite Jane Brook. Park 100 metres from house and walkways around Brook. Prefer someone-single or married couple not working full time to look after my Spaniel Maggie. She is nearly 9 years old, very friendly and loves daily walks and lots of love. 10 minutes to the Swan Valley with many wineries and 10 minutes to Midland shopping centre. Situated in the foothills. Happy for suitable applicant to stay a day either side of away dates
