House is open plan with a big airy verandah, located 5 mins drive or 10 mins ride to Watergardens, beach, coastal cycle tracks, Casuarina shops and the airport.
Pet care is for a dog, turtles & fish. The dog is an affectionate, energetic, obedient kelpie that needs a run, ride or beach walk each day to stay contented. She's also used to running beside bikes or skateboards.
Turtles & fish are in tanks and a pond.
Sitters with a friendly dog also welcome, to keep Milo company.
(no pool & limited aircon, but plenty of shade, fans and breezes; no room for a caravan onsite, but a business nearby can park vans)
