About this house sitting position in Julatten

need a nonsmoking couple to take care of a one bedroom cottage with internet on 7acres for 12 months, with NO pets to take care of, prefer some one who is good on the tools,has some knowledge of pumps and property maintenance and also house proud,also gardening is required and mail p/u the property is situated 30 mins. from Pt. Douglas QLD. in the Julatten Hinterland, there is local shop and supermarket 20 mins away there is plenty of bird life plus walking tracks swimming holes and mountains to explore, this would suit Grey Nomad with own van we have plenty of room, because of the length of time we will be away we must insist on a bond, a small fee to cover rates and house insurance, must have sit or real estate references and police clearance ......Thank you
