About this house sitting position in Kaleen

I have a 2 bedroom apartment. The building is only 5 years old so it’s fresh and new and I’ve just had new timber flooring put down and other improvements. Secured building with intercom only access. Allocated parking space in fully secure garage. Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher. Washer/dryer combo. Large bathroom. Large master bedroom. Reverse cycle air conditioning as well as a large heater. Large balcony with lovely views, outdoor setting and BBQ.
I have two dogs:
Daisy is a 6yo Mini Dachshund. She’s very loving and she’ll want lots of lap time
Monty is a 3 yo Mini Dachshund. He’s shy and will probably take time to warm up but once he does he’ll want to share lap time too. Full disclosure, Daisy uses the porch potty on the balcony but Monty refuses. He uses puppy pads by the balcony door and never misses
They love a walk once a day.
My dogs are spoiled and sleep on the bed with me. I know that’s not for everyone so, if you can convince them otherwise, that’s OK as long as they’re in the bedroom with you. They are fine to be left at home alone while you go out for a few hours.
